Dinner menu (seasonal) includes Cedar Planked Salmon, Spicy Chicken Empanadas, Seafood Mixed Grill, and Turkey Porterhouse Steak, fruit cobbler, and bread pudding. Property amenities

Radisson Resort Hill Country is the official resort for SeaWorld—the famous theme park with rides and slides, dolphins, soaring coasters, a haunted lighthouse, and Shamu, a celebrity whale. The park is located half a mile from the resort, and complimentary shuttle service is available. Complimentary shuttle service is also available to the Golf Club of Texas at Brigg’s Ranch.
Onsite, the hotel features ASiRA Spa, a full-service facility with seven treatment rooms, Vichy shower areas, a juice bar (open seasonally), Paul Mitchell Salon, and spa boutique (ASiRA products, aromatherapy candles, and gifts). Signature treatments include the "Smooth as a Baby’s Facial," "Marine Body Polish," "Dead Sea Salt Glow," and several types of therapeutic massages; nail and hair care. Private outdoor massage is also offered. Men’s and women’s locker rooms have wooden lockers, and tiled showers are stocked with complimentary bath products. Other amenities include dry saunas, steam rooms, and towels. There is also a tropical-style "quiet room" with bamboo furnishings.
The mirrored fitness center features views of the hill country and old-growth oaks. Amenities include cardio and strength-training equipment, free weights, TVs, towels, and purified water. There is also a padded room for individual or group aerobics.
Three swimming pools include a lagoon-shaped heated pool with waterfall, a lap pool, and a children's pool with water cannons, tiled orcas, porpoises, and sunfish. There are also chaise lounges, a spa tub, and juice bar (open seasonally). A small playground offers mini-basketball courts and complimentary balls.
Meeting space totals 6,000 square feet, and includes a boardroom, smaller meeting rooms, and a ballroom with 16-foot ceiling. High-speed Internet access is available for a fee. In addition to SeaWorld shuttle service, the resort provides complimentary shuttle service to the Golf Club of Texas at Brigg’s Ranch. The challenging 18-hold championship course is a favorite of golf legend, Lee Trevino.

This resort offers 227 guestrooms on five floors. Radisson signature "seven-layer beds" have hammered-wood headboards; cotton sheets, quilts, down comforters, and feather pillows. Ranch-style décor incorporates natural tones of greens and cream; easy chairs, desks with red leather ergonomic chairs, wrought iron accent tables, lamps, and beveled mirrors. Bathrooms are designed with marble floors, black granite vanities, curved shower rods. They also have shower massagers and are stocked with ASiRA bath products. Other amenities include dial-up or high-speed Internet access, Nintendo video-game consoles, and Starbucks coffee.
