The Fairway Villas are part of the Seaview Marriott Resort & Spa, a 670-acre resort located outside Absecon, approximately seven miles from Atlantic City. Whitewashed exteriors with black shutters lend a neo-Colonial flavor to the resort.
Villa guests have direct access to a fitness center and swimming pool, and they receive charging privileges at facilities throughout the resort. Among the highlights, the on-site Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa features a heated outdoor pool, Finnish saunas, and Turkish steam bath, along with a full menu of body and facial treatments. Villa guests have access to the resort’s two championship golf courses, known as The Pines and The Bay, both of which are noted for their tree-lined fairways, fast greens, and multiple hazards. The Nick Faldo Golf Institute, also located on the premises, offers signature golf instruction for players of all levels. Villas are located near The Pines Golf Course and feature natural-wood furnishings, wrought-iron accents, and patterned fabrics, along with screened-in balconies. Accommodations include living rooms with fireplaces and queen sofa beds, dining areas with settings for six, utility rooms with washers and dryers, and fully equipped kitchens. Master suites feature large bathrooms with jetted tubs and separate showers, while guest bedrooms offer a second queen-sized sofa bed. Villa amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and dial-up Internet access (surcharge). Three levels of housekeeping are offered (towel exchange, daily tidying, full housekeeping); surcharges may apply.
