• The Crystal Room This finedining restaurant features high ceilings, a fireplace, and portraits of famous New Orleanians. Breakfast—both a la carte and buffet—as well as lunch and dinner are served daily. Gourmetstyle Cajun and Creole dishes are offered along with more traditional and international favorites. Signature dishes include Gulf Fish du Monde, Shrimp Scampi, and Tchoupitoulas Pork Chop.
