One rare feature is a separate pool reserved just for scuba-diving lessons. Situated on 40 acres along beautiful Wailea Beach, the resort consists of five wings and a tower. Activity desks both in the lobby and on the beachfront can arrange tee-times at Wailea's three renowned golf courses as well as other courses throughout Maui, and can book play at the 11-court Wailea Tennis Club.
The beachfront activity center rents out snorkel sets, scuba sets, ocean kayaks, boogie boards, hobie-cats, windsurfers, umbrellas, and other beach gear. Snorkeling and scuba-diving trips to the nearby island of Molokini—celebrated for the water clarity within its crescent—can also be booked through the activity desks.

Rooms

This expansive 40-acre resort offers 780 extra-spacious rooms (beginning at 640 square feet) in a variety of configurations and locations in five towers. All feature a tropical design, from the wallpaper to the bedspreads. Lanai views range from mountain scenery to tropical gardens to panoramic ocean vistas. The marble bathrooms have oversized tubs and separate glass-enclosed showers. All rooms and suites are nonsmoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and ashtrays will be provided upon request.

Resort charge
A daily resort charge of $20 (plus 4.166% tax) per room, per night includes:
A floral lei greeting upon arrival.
A welcome Mai Tai punch (non-alcoholic) at the designated check-in area.
Unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee).
High-speed Internet access in all guestrooms. Built-in wireless Internet access in all suites.
Coffee or tea in guestroom or suite.
Nightly turndown service.
Unlimited use of Spa Grande's cardiovascular and strength training facilities.
Participation in Sunrise Power Walks, and Yoga classes.
Admission to twice-daily scuba clinics and water aerobics.

Use of self-parking facilities.

Taxes
All rooms are subject to applicable taxes. The current Hawaii State Hotel Tax is 11.416%. (4.166% Hawaii State Sales tax and 7.25% Transient Accommodations tax). Hawaii State & Transient Accommodations tax are subject to change.

Overnight valet parking
$12 per car, per night (plus 4.166% tax). Charges will automatically be posted to the guest's incidental account.

Check in/Check out registration
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is by noon. Must be 21 years of age or older to register. Proper identification will be required at time of registration.

Additional person
Guest Room & Suites: $50 charge per night for additional adult. No charge for children 17 & under when using existing bed space. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) persons.
Napua Tower & Suites: $100 charge per night for additional adult (includes rollaway). $25 charge per child 13-17 years old. No charge for children under 12 using existing bed space, $30 charge per night for additional rollaway. Maximum occupancy per Napua Club guestroom is three (3) adults and one (1) child per room. Four (4) adults are not allowed.
