The Bizcaya Grill serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, and brunch on Sundays. The steak housestyle cuisine has a European bistro influence—in addition to steak and chicken, dinner entrées include several grilled fish dishes. Sophisticated, casual attire is recommended. The restaurant has a private dining room that accommodates up to 16 people.
