This 1913 boutique hotel was completely renovated in 2004. The cable car is outside the door and the theater district is just a three-block walk. A deluxe complimentary Continental breakfast bar buffet is offered in the morning and coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day. The afternoon brings freshly baked cookies and the evening a wine hour.
The hotel pampers pets with a treat and a toy on check-in along with a letter from the pet concierge describing pet-friendly spots around. Pets up to 80 pounds are welcome without fee or deposit, but guests must sign a damage waiver and should notify the hotel in advance.
Self-parking is available nearby for a surcharge.
