Guest must contact The Stay directly at least 48 hours prior to arrival for specific check-in information, lockbox instructions, and driving directions or the reservation is not valid. Photo ID, credit card, and departure fee are required before guests receive move-in instructions. Pre-call must be made in advance or reservation is void; location has no formal check-in.
Photo identification and a major credit card are required with confirmation for incidental charges. Debit cards are not accepted.
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $70.00.
Reservations cancelled between 72 hours and 15 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $70.00 plus 50% of the cost of the entire stay plus tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival are non refundable.
A $25.00 arrival/departure fee will be collected with the guest policy form prior to receipt of lockbox instructions.
