• LV Bistro Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served every day in this Southwesternstyle restaurant with Saltillo tile floors, high wood ceilings, and outdoor patio. Breakfast offerings include omelets, pancakes, and french toast. Lunch items include pecan woodfired pizza, quesadillas, balsamic chicken, burgers, and tacos. The dinner menu features pasta dishes, rotisserie chicken, panflashed veal, and baby back ribs.
  
• La Hacienda Murals of Mexican scenes, handcarved Spanishcolonial furnishings, and wroughtiron accessories create a southoftheborder ambience. A flickering fireplace and a flaming coffee specialty splashed with liqueur warms diners on cool desert nights. Authentic interior Mexican dishes include steak fajitas, ceviche, and quesadillas. • The Grill This clubhouse restaurant and bar overlooking the golf course is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The menu features dryaged steaks and seafood, along with a large assortment of microbrewed beers, California wines, fine cigars, and martinis.
