Guests at Marriott's Canyon Villas have access to all facilities and services at the adjacent JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa! No parties are allowed in the villas; quiet hours are 10pm-6am. * Accommodations at Marriott's Canyon Villas are comfortable and spacious two bedroom, two bath units sleeping up to six people. Each villa has a master bedroom suite, guest room suite, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and utility room. Amenities include individual climate control and a safe deposit box in each bedroom closet. Cribs and highchairs can be requested at no additional charge subject to availabilty; rollaway beds not available. / All accommodations have a complete set of linens and towels. Renters receive a daily tidy service from housekeeping that includes emptying of all trash containers, making beds with existing linens, replenishing towels and vacuuming. Full housekeeping services are available at an additional charge with twenty-four hour advance notice. * The master bedroom has one king bed, alarm clock, color television and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has one king bed, alarm clock, coffee maker and small refrigerator, color television, sofa sleeper and connecting bath. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining area with place settings for six, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, full-size oven and stove, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave oven and toaster. A color television with video cassette recorder and sofa sleeper are in the living room and a small utility area contains an iron and board, washing machine and dryer. * Accommodations can be sold three ways: As the full twelve hundred square foot two bedroom villa described above, as an eight hundred square foot master suite for up to four people composed of the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and utility area or as a four hundred square foot guest room for two people including the guest bedroom only. * Babysitting referrals, cable television including free HBO, complimentary outdoor parking, ice and vending machines, laundromat in each building, movie rentals at front desk, non-smoking accommodations, room service from adjacent JW Marriott hotel, seasonal pool bar and grill, The MarketPlace Express convenience store, TTY communications equipment, twenty-four hour front desk, two wheelchair accessible master suites confirmed with property direct, valet laundry and dry cleaning service and Marriott Rewards frequent traveler program / Fitness center with cardiovascular and weight equipment plus pool complex: courtyard pool with children's pool, lap pool and two whirlpool spas
